Before Your Appointment

Wash and condition your hair 1-2 days before your appointment. Come with clean, detangled hair unless your stylist tells you otherwise. Avoid applying heavy products or oils on the day of your appointment — this makes it harder for the stylist to grip and braid your hair.

What to Bring

Bring reference photos of the style you want. This helps your stylist understand your vision exactly. Bring your phone charger, headphones, and snacks — braiding appointments can take 4-6 hours. If you are bringing your own hair, confirm the type, color, and quantity with your stylist beforehand.

During the Appointment

Communicate with your stylist throughout the process. If the braids feel too tight, speak up immediately — it is much easier to adjust during installation than after. Stay hydrated, take bathroom breaks when needed, and try to stay still to help your stylist work efficiently.

Payment and Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service price. Bring your preferred payment method for the remaining balance. We accept cash, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Zelle.
